 Payments may be made in three installments. The deposit is due at the time of signing the contract, then the installments are broken down into 3 payments. If your event will occur in less than 6 month, your deposit and 1/2 of the full payment are due at contract signing. The balance will be due 90 days prior to the event.

Free Parking is available. Our Parking lot can accommodate approximately 75 vehicles. With overflow on the access road PR 1710 to allow for an additional 100 vehicles. Parking attendants and golf car rentals are available.   

The Bride and the bridal party will enjoy getting ready in the suite designed just for her. This 750 sq.ft. ft. brides room allows for a spacious and enjoyable experience. You will love the private dressing room w/ jetted whirlpool soaking tub, mirror's galore, over sized vanity, and large picture windows with a beautiful view of Medina Lake. You and your party will enjoy the adjoining 500 sq. ft. corner suite w/ island kitchenette, Lounge area, flat screen TV, dining area and full bath. All overlooking the infinity swimming pool.

Yes...We will gladly place a hold on your preferred date for 10 days after your initial request. To secure the space return a signed copy of the contract and the deposit within the specified time frame. If the contract and deposit have NOT been received within 10 days, the hold will be removed and we cannot guarantee availability.
